A stocking distributor is defined as an individual, company or corporation that completes a "stock transfer" of product, by the following means:
- Submits a purchase order for quantity as discount rate found below
- Pays for the product within the agreed upon terms set forth in contract
- Distributes Totasak in all markets, and Hand-lr only for export, discount stores, premium-promo or for sale only as a loss-leader
Further:
- G.A.I.M. provides 4mm+ product liability on all orders, and insures each shipment (due to insurance, we are not responsible for freight charges)
- Large orders may be placed with multiple ship points and varied release dates, but must take the total purchased in four months to take advantage of deep discounts
