Stocking distributor agreement

     

This is an open term contract between sales agent(s) and principal (G.A.I.M.) for the sole purpose to secure sales that are rightfully those of the agent representing injection molding/marketing company. 

  • If agent/agency secure continued business with their client, commissions will be paid from their clients paid invoices at an agreed upon rate.  Six months, and a written document stating that the relation will terminate, is required to terminate the agreement (either party may end the relation).
       

  • G.A.I.M. provides samples at no charge to registered agents, and no draw account is structured to pull forecasted sales commissions from.  Pay truly works on cash flow.  The faster you go, the faster cash moves into your mailbox.  Commissions on invoices paid by the 10th are paid by the 15th (copies of all invoices are provided via fax same day as shipment – FIFO).
      

  • Proof of sales agent calling on select markets would help justify national accounts or regional markets.  No territories are issued, nor are mandatory call reports.  Those that keep excellent records reward themselves over time.
